Your Cruise, Your Way!

Have you cruised before?

There seems to be some apprehension from those who haven’t sailed and choosing a cruise can feel a little like picking from a menu of amazing desserts — do you go for the big, glitzy option with all the bells and whistles, or the intimate, refined one where every detail feels personal?

Many of us start in the Caribbean and then realize there are so many other destinations – and you can unpack once and enjoy seeing a number of ports. Lots of itineraries even overnight in destination so you get to have in-depth experiences in several places.

We’re going to dive into some of the options and if you need help choosing, just ask.  We’ve been on many and will be happy to help you find the perfect one for you!

BIG SHIPS AND SMALL SHIPS

Big ships bring energy, entertainment, and endless activities — perfect for families, groups, and travelers who like plenty of buzz.

Smaller ships mean cozy spaces, personalized service, and ports of call that big ships simply can’t reach.

We would classify big ships as those with more than 2000 passengers and small sailings as those with under 1000.

PARTY FUN OR REFINED JOURNEYS

Party-friendly cruises are lively, social, and full of fun with Vegas style entertainment and lots of action during the day by the pool.

Full entertainment teams are onboard to make sure everyone is having a good time!

Refined journeys are about elegance, wine tastings, and cultural immersion, often with experts onboard – it’s just a different kind of fun.

FAMILY TIME OR QUIET FOR COUPLES

Have a family?  A 7 night cruise on a larger ship might be just the right option to give everyone something to do – kids and teens clubs for the children and evening shows for Mom and Dad.

Some cruise lines provide a mix – family areas for all and special pools and lounges reserved for adults only.

THE GOOD NEWS?

There’s no wrong choice — it’s all about what makes your vacation feel perfect. That’s where we come in.

There are so many cruise lines out there to choose from – we can think of at least 15 right now without even blinking!  And, that doesn’t count river cruise lines that we’ll talk about another time.

There are options for as little as 3 nights that are perfect for ‘testing’ out the experience to multi-week and world cruises where you can sail for months.

We’ll help you match your style to the right cruise so your time on board is everything you’ve dreamed of.
